WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE UPON ARRIVAL?

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue and make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO ORDER?

Due to all of our items being 1:1, sizing varies. Please be sure to check the sizing listed on each listing. If you have any questions or concerns about sizing or fit, please reach out to us before placing your order. We are happy to provide measurements or other information to help you make an informed decision.
DO YOU ACCEPT "MADE TO ORDER" REQUEST?

Yes, we do! At BLKFLAMINGO, we understand that everyone has their unique sense of style. Hence, we accept made-to-order requests for our customers who wish to have a design that is not shown on our website. Please refer to our Made To Order tab for more information.
